Merchandise Refund/Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied, items may be exchanged or refunded. For US orders, items must be returned within 60 days from the date that we shipped them to you; for international orders, items must be returned within 90 days from the date that we shipped them to you. Refund issued 3-5 days after we receive returned items. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded. When exchanging, please include new product description(s) and numbers(s), and make sure to calculate the appropriate shipping & handling charge for your new order. We will not charge shipping on items returned due to manufacturer defect.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours after you placed the order.
